Every tractor model undergoes precise 3D scanning before designing begins. We already hold a comprehensive digital library of dozens of scanned tractors.
If your specific make and model isn’t in our database yet, our engineers can travel to your location for on-site scanning.

1) Self-Assembly Kit (Direct Shipping): We ship the complete forestry armor kit directly to you. Designed for straightforward fitment, it includes a detailed manual, allowing you or your mechanics to complete the installation in just a few hours.
2) In-House Professional Fitting: Prefer a turnkey solution? Deliver your machine to our workshop, and our expert technicians will handle the entire installation process for you.

Custom Armor Components
Armour parts
Our tractor forestry guarding is highly modular, consisting of multiple specialized protective components. The exact specifications and features of each element can be fully tailored to meet your unique operational demands. The schematics and photos below showcase our manufacturing capabilities and serve as a starting point for your custom build.
STANDARD
CABIN PROTECTION
It includes the cab cage — protective bars around the roofline (we can also produce full roof tubing), fender guards, and guards for the exhaust, lights, and (optionally) mesh screening for the windows, doors, and headlights.
oPTIONAL
HOOD COVER
The hood guard can take the form of simple hornshaped brackets to which windscreen-protecting cables are attached, or a full guard that tilts open to provide service access.
STANDARD
POWDER COATING
As standard, all structural components are powder-coated in any color from the RAL palette chosen by the user. This protects the structure against corrosion and extends its service life.

BELLY PANS
The tractor underbody protection plates are made of 6 mm sheet metal and mounted to a subframe (side rails) made of 12 mm steel. No single component weighs more than 30 kg, allowing for easy self-installation.
oPTIONAL
FUEL TANK GUARD
Plastic fuel and AdBlue tanks are particularly susceptible to damage. We carefully shield them with metal plates while maintaining access to the filler necks. We also manufacture toolboxes upon special request.
ACCESSORIES
Additionally, we can equip your tractor with features such as a log stacking blade with a winch or extra counterweights (with or without a winch). We protect wheel valves against damage and install a swiveling operator seat and armrests.
Protective Armour – Top & Cabin
The standard upper guarding package includes:
- Crown tubing: Protective tubes on the roof (including headlights).
- Front horn-shape brackets: Simple hood guard with limb-riser cables.
- Wing guard: 6mm mudguards protection tubes + mesh for taillights.
- Powder coating: Sandblasting, priming, and painting (50µm) with a semi-matte finish.
Options:
- Full hood cover: Openable, installed instead of front ‘horns’.
- Front tubes: Alternative to limb-riser cables.
- Exhaust guards: (2 pcs.)
- Rear mesh: Removable frame + mesh on the rear window.
- Side mesh: Removable frame + mesh on the side windows.
- Cabin extension: Includes triangular plexiglass side windows (for control valve).
- Valve mount: Hydraulic valve mounted inside the cabin.
- Swivel seat: Rotating seat with swivel base and mounting.
- Armrests: For joysticks mounted on the operator’s seat (2 pcs.).
Protective Armour – Bottom
The standard bottom protection includes:
- Profiled sheets: Set of profiled 6 mm steel sheets, custom-designed.
- Belly pans / Skid plates: Set of straight 6 mm steel sheets, custom-designed.
- Auxiliary frame: Sturdy support for protective sheets (highly recommended for new tractors).
- Mounting set: Washers and screws.
- Powder coating & Black finish: Sandblasting, priming, painting (50µm), and semi-matte finish.
Options:
- Fuel tank cover: Custom-designed.
- Tractor sides: Protective sheets on the sides of the chassis.
